Welcome to By Lark, a trade name of Lark Los Angeles LLC, which also conducts business under the names Lark, The Lark Company, and Travel by Lark (“By Lark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, pages, platforms, forms, and content operated by Lark Los Angeles LLC, including bylark.com, thelarkcompany.com, travelbylark.com, and any subdomains or digital interfaces (collectively, the “Website”).

By Lark LLC (“By Lark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the umbrella brand for:

  • Lark Co. (concierge + lifestyle management)

  • Travel by Lark (luxury travel advisory)

The Website provides information, content, guides, brand materials, forms, and other resources for clients, members, prospective clients, and the general public.

These Terms govern Website use only.
They do not govern concierge or travel services.
Those services are governed by the By Lark Service Agreement & Terms & Conditions (separate document).
